The game is very authentic as you can ride the fastest bikes on earth.  All the main brands of bikes are here such as ducati, suzuki, yamaha, and honda.  You can choose among 10 different team bikes which each have their own features and components to make them different.  There is a complete list of circuits as well so you can race your favorite circuit if you are already a fan or you can get introduced to the amazing world of MotoGP racing.  There is also a champion mode that lets you refine your skills and rack up victories to become world champion at the end of the season.
